Asset Stocktake

Using the export function of OneSchool, we will work with you to create a copy of your asset register. We will then begin the process of conducting a comprehensive physical stocktake, ensuring every room, shed and cupboard in your school is thoroughly checked. Throughout the process we use our computer tablets to update the copy of your asset register, amending room locations, adding missing serial number or model details, reviewing electrical inspection frequencies and standardising asset descriptions.
We’ll identify items that should be added to your asset register and suggest items that could be removed. We can also assist in updating your asset replacement schedule.
Unlike you and your team, we have the advantage of being able to specialise in the school stocktake process. We've developed the staff, tools and techniques to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
